VAISHNAVI SATSANG
(Forum for Ladies)
Vaishnavi Satsang is a weekly program especially designed for ladies of all ages groups who are interested to learn more about ancient Vedic philosophy and culture. Besides offering a forum for like-minded ladies to associate with each other the program also aims to enhance the personality of its members by offering various opportunities such as :
- conducting workshops on various skills and crafts including playing musical instruments,singing,jewelery designing,making flower garlands, painting Deities, vegetarian cooking, stitching outfits, etc
- performing dance and drama depicting Lord Krishna’s pastimes
- learning the importance of and celebrating various Vaishnava festivals
- provide a platform for harmonious and caring relationship amongst its members
- voice opinions, discuss problem areas and share inspiring news
- discussion on ancient Vedic scriptures like Bhagavad-gita and Srimad Bhagavatam
Ladies of all age groups are invited to participate in the weekly forum. Besides the above mentioned program, participants shall be served Krishna prasadam.
